Zusammenfassung

WSP invites graduates to join its Energy Networks (T&D) team in 2027 to help design and deliver transmission and distribution infrastructure that moves electricity safely and reliably. The two-year Graduate Development Programme builds skills through structured learning, mentoring and hands-on project experience across the UK.

You will work with multidisciplinary specialists, engaging in projects that strengthen grid resilience and support a net-zero energy future, with a hybrid work pattern

Qualifikationen

• You will have, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Interest in transmission and distribution networks, power systems and wider electricity infrastructure.
• Curious and analytical with motivation to solve engineering challenges.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to the design and delivery of transmission and distribution infrastructure.
• Work with multidisciplinary specialists across substations, lines, cables and HVDC.
• Support engineering and delivery of critical infrastructure across the UK.
