Elite M&E is seeking a Graduate Electrical Project Manager to join our team delivering electrical installations across commercial, healthcare, education, government, data centre and mission-critical projects in London. This is a structured, 2–3 year development role for a recent electrical engineering graduate who wants to build a career in project management.

• BEng or MEng in Electrical Engineering (or closely related discipline).
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, organised approach.
• No prior industry experience required; role is designed to build that experience.

• Support the delivery of electrical installation packages from design through handover.
• Track programme, cost and quality on live projects.
• Attend design and progress meetings and take ownership of smaller work packages.
• Build commercial and site-management skills to run your own projects.
