Job summary

M-Sport UK, at Dovenby Hall, Cumbria, invites applications for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join the Electrical team. This role offers hands-on experience building, testing and integrating electrical systems for competition cars in a high-performance motorsport environment.

You will collaborate across design, engineering and supplier interfaces, develop technical documentation, and contribute to reliability improvements while gaining exposure to project planning and lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Motorsport, Electrical, Automotive or related field (BEng/MEng).
  • A genuine passion for motorsport and a drive to progress.
  • Keen to learn, develop and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a practical, methodical approach.

As part of our Graduate Engineering Programme for the 2027/28 intake, we are looking to recruit an ambitious and driven Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our Electrical team at our Dovenby Hall headquarters.This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Engineer to develop their career within a high-performance motorsport environment, working at the interface between Engineering, Design and the Electrical Department.
