Job summary

Worley is inviting applications for its UK 2027 Graduate Program in Electrical, Controls & Instrumentation (ECI). The two-year graduate development programme offers structured training, mentoring, and support toward professional accreditation, with opportunities across London, Manchester, Stockton, Glasgow and Aberdeen.

You will work on electrical, control and instrumentation systems for a range of UK and international projects, gaining exposure to design and project delivery while developing

Qualifications

• Be in the final year of an accredited bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Control and Instrumentation Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline, or have graduated within the past two years.
• Have achieved, or be on track to achieve, a minimum 2:1 honours degree or equivalent qualification.
• Have the full right to live and work in the UK.
• Have a strong interest in electrical power, control or instrumentation systems.
• Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Take a proactive approach to learning and developing your technical and professional capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of electrical, control and instrumentation systems for UK and international projects.
• Assist with engineering calculations, equipment specifications, technical documentation and design reviews under experienced engineers.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams to deliver work safely, accurately and on schedule.
• Develop knowledge of codes, standards and practices across the project lifecycle from concept to execution.
