A leading engineering consultancy based in Leeds is seeking a Graduate Drainage Engineer to join their established team. Applicants should possess a relevant degree in Civil Engineering and will have opportunities to engage in Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Designs, and Civil Engineering projects. My client, an innovative UK based Engineering Consultancy which specialises in Civil, Structural and Infrastructure Engineering, is searching for a Graduate Engineer to join an established team of Engineers based in Leeds.
It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background in a relevant discipline including a BSc and/or MSc in Civil Engineer and dissertation focused on SuDS Design or Infrastructure Design.
It is beneficial for applicants to reside locally and have experience working for a UK based Consultancy or Local Authority completing Flood Risk, Civil or Drainage or projects.
Candidates must live locally or be required to relocate to Leeds as you will be required in the office for training purposes.
This exciting role will offer candidates the opportunity to join a team of experienced Engineers to work on varied Residential, Commercial and Industrial Development Projects to complete Flood Risk Assessments, Hydraulic Modelling, Drainage Strategies, Drainage Designs using Infodrainage, roads and access road design using Civil 3D or AuoCAD.
Applicants will also be supported to complete the following;
-Flood Risk Assessments for flood zones 1,2 and 3.
-Drainage Strategy and detailed Residential Drainage and Sewerage Design using AutoCAD and Microdrainage.
-Drainage Area Planning.
-Civil Engineering design for Residential and Commercial Developments.
-Road and Access Road Design using Civils 3D.
