Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Graduate Digital Infrastructure Engineer in Brighton. You will join the Building Services team to design and deliver digital systems across buildings, transport, energy facilities, and essential services.

This entry role emphasizes structured development, mentoring, and hands-on project experience. You will receive training, mentorship, and be part of a three-year early careers soft skills development programme – Accelerating your Future – to support long-term growth

Qualifications

• To be eligible for this opportunity, you will have fewer than 12 months’ relevant experience (excluding placements).
• You will have a bachelors and a masters degree (obtained no earlier than 2025) or expected to achieve one of the listed degree disciplines.
• Eligibility includes UK security clearance requirements for certain projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of a wide range of digital systems and technologies.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, technology specialists, and project teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in project meetings, design reviews, site visits, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Develop understanding of emerging digital technologies and their application in the built environment.
