GAP, the UK's leading equipment hire provider, invites energetic graduates to join its 18-month Graduate Development Programme. You will rotate across Operations, Commercial and Sales, gaining hands-on experience, training, and real responsibility from day one, with time spent at the Glasgow head office.

By programme end you’ll be ready to impact growth in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, solving problems, and supporting commercial decisions within a high-performing team.

• A graduate degree
• An interest in developing a broad skill set across operations, commercial activity, and customer engagement
• Strong communication skills - you're clear, confident, and great with people
• A proactive mindset with the ability to think critically and solve problems
• A team player attitude with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• A willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges
• A full UK driving licence is ideal, but not essential

About The Role

Based in the South West, you'll rotate through key areas of our business gaining hands-on experience, expert training, and real responsibility from day one. You'll learn how our industry works, how our customers think, and how each function contributes to delivering the service and expertise that sets GAP apart. You will be required to spend some time in our Glasgow head office.

By the end of the programme, you won't just understand our business, you'll be ready to make an impact. You'll know how to build strong relationships, solve problems, support commercial decisions, and contribute to growth in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
