Job summary

Focus Group is seeking a Graduate Developer to join as a Customer AI Implementation Engineer, blending customer-facing consultancy with hands-on technical work to deliver AI-powered CX solutions. You will design and deliver tailored experiences using our AI tools and act as a bridge between clients, project managers, and product teams to ensure value is delivered.

The role is hybrid in the Altrincham/Manchester area, with a mix of workshops, reviews, and direct customer engagement.

About the Role

We’re looking for a bright and enthusiastic Graduate Developer. As a Customer AI Implementation Engineer you will design and deliver tailored customer experience (CX) solutions using our cutting-edge AI tools. This is a hybrid role combining customer-facing consultancy with hands-on technical implementation. You’ll be the bridge between clients, project managers, and product teams—ensuring every solution is optimised, integrated, and ready to deliver real value.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and customise AI-driven solutions for our clients.
• Translate customer goals into scalable technical designs.
• Spend ~50% of your time engaging directly with customers—workshops, reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Develop secure integrations using Python, C++, REST APIs, and supporting technologies.
• Provide ongoing support and optimisation for existing solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to shape future features.
