Job summary

Hunter Bond is seeking a Senior AI Developer for a leading international consumer technology and digital services organisation investing heavily in AI. You will design, build and deploy AI-powered customer and business solutions across Conversational AI, Agentic AI and Voice AI in a highly visible function.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with LLMs, Generative AI and AI-powered applications.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing RAG architectures.
• Experience building Agentic AI solutions and AI-driven automation workflows.
• Proven track record developing Conversational AI, chatbots, voicebots or Voice AI platforms.
• Knowledge of Speech-to-Text (STT) and/or Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies.
• Strong software engineering foundations with excellent Python development skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A leading international consumer technology and digital services organisation is investing heavily in AI and is looking to hire a Senior AI Developer to help shape and deliver the next generation of AI-powered customer and business solutions.

This is a newly created role within a business that sees AI as a strategic priority. You'll play a key role in designing, building and deploying innovative AI products across Conversational AI, Agentic AI, Voice AI and intelligent automation, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to turn emerging AI capabilities into real-world business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
