Bennett & Game Recruitment are working with a well-established automotive components manufacturer in Oakham, Rutland, to recruit a Graduate Design & Project Engineer. You will design and modify assembly drawings using Siemens NX and HyperCAD, assist R&D and prototyping, and create work instructions.
The ideal candidate has a Mechanical/Design/Automotive Engineering degree, lives within commuting distance of Oakham, and has good communication skills.

Position: Graduate Design & Project Engineer
Location: Oakham, Rutland
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Depending on experience
Our client is a well-established manufacturer of manufacturer supplying the automotive industry, based in Oakham, Rutland. Due to ongoing success they are seeking a Graduate Design & Project Engineer to join their team.
- Design and modify assembly drawings with the use of Siemens NX and HyperCAD
- Assisting with Research and Development and prototyping projects
- Carrying out design of jigs & fixtures
- Utilising 3D printers including design and processing
- Creating work instructions and process development
- Proficient with 3D modelling software such as Solidworks, Inventor or NX
- Degree qualified within a Mechanical, Design or Automotive Engineering subject
- Based in a commutable distance of Oakham, Rutland
- Good communication skills
- Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 - depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, full-time, permanent position.
