Galliford Try Group offers a two-year Graduate Development Programme for Electrical Engineering with a September 2027 start across locations in Chichester, Durham, Bournemouth, Dorset, Hampshire and Kent. The role mixes hands-on site work with formal training and potential professional qualifications.

You will work on electrical items, RAMS development, design reviews and client meetings, gaining broad exposure to site electrical duties and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar) before September 2027.
• Full UK driving licence by September 2027.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager on electrical items.
• Review schedules and specifications.
• Raise orders as required.
• Be involved with developing electrical RAMS.
• Converse with Electrical Schematics.
• Assist lead engineer with design reviews.
• Participate in client meetings with lead engineer.
