Job summary
Galliford Try Group in Warrington offers a two-year Graduate Development Programme for a Graduate Bid Manager starting September 2027. You will work in pre-contract bid management, support framework contracts, and develop commercial and contractual understanding while earning as you learn.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English / Business / Communications / Theology / History (or similar) prior to Sept 2027.
Responsibilities
- Assist Bid Manager/Director on Pre-Contract Bid Management and Key Contract Management.
- Help deliver successful projects by ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practice.
- Work with construction and commercial teams to support project delivery across framework contracts.
- Analyse PQQ & tender documents and manage a bid team to deliver bids.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to organise tender review meetings and track bid progress.
- Provide input to enhance framework tender opportunities and develop communication with Pre-Construction.
