Job summary

Ferrovial Construction UK is seeking a Graduate Civils Structures Engineer to join the HS2 Track project during the initial design phase. You will coordinate interfaces between civil structures and the Standard Slab Track system, working with design and construction teams in London and Birmingham.

The two-year graduate programme develops technical, professional and behavioural skills, with mobility opportunities and support toward chartership. Right to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have right to work in the UK by start of employment.
• Degree or Master’s in Engineering (All disciplines considered).
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interfaces between civil structures and track systems.
• Attend weekly design and construction coordination meetings in London/Birmingham.
• Support design reviews, workshops and interface registers.
• Assist in technical assurance across design, construction and handover stages.
• Contribute to safety, buildability and value engineering improvements.
