Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd. is seeking a motivated Coversupervisor to deliver pre-prepared lessons when the main teacher is absent, ensuring students stay focused and engaged. Full training is provided, so no teaching qualifications are required.

Graduates from various backgrounds are encouraged to apply. A minimum commitment of four days per week is preferred, with weekly earnings between £400 and £600.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant experience working with young people.
• Be confident leading a classroom and managing behaviour.
• Willing to obtain Enhanced DBS check on Update Service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.
• Keep students engaged and on task throughout the lesson.
• Support student learning and behaviour management in class.
