Graduate Cover Supervisor – Wigan (WN6 Schools)

Location: Wigan (WN6)
Salary: £89.44 - £110 per day
Contract: Full-time/Flexible. Term Time only.

Are you a recent graduate looking to gain classroom experience before pursuing a teaching career? We are seeking a confident and motivated Graduate Cover Supervisor to work in secondary schools across Wigan (WN6).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the teacher
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
• Support students with their learning and engagement
• Work alongside teachers and support staff to maintain high standards

Requirements:

• A degree in any subject (2:2 or above preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Experience working with young people (formal or informal) is beneficial but not essential
