Job Title: Graduate Cover Supervisor - Ideal for Future Teachers

Location: Coventry, CV7

Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time

Pay rate: £90-100 per day

Start Date: ASAP/September 2025

Role Overview:

Are you a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in the classroom before pursuing a career in teaching? Teaching Personnel is seeking ambitious and enthusiastic individuals to work as Cover Supervisors within a mainstream secondary school in Coventry. This role offers valuable classroom management skills, exposure to different learning environments, and insight into the teaching profession.

This role is ideal for individuals with transferable skills from coaching, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, or customer-facing roles who are eager to develop their experience in education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects and year groups.
