Job summary

Ridge & Partners Llp in Leeds is launching its Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme for recent graduates in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management. This two-year programme focuses on cost planning, procurement, tendering, and financial reporting across live projects.

You will work with experienced professionals, develop your professional chartership, and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment that supports your early career growth.

Qualifications

• 2:1 bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management obtained in 2026 or 2027.
• Available to start full-time from September 2027.
• Permanent Right to Work in the UK and do not need visa sponsorship.
• Curious and eager to learn.
• Passionate about the Built Environment and its future impact.

Responsibilities

• Work on live projects across sectors to develop cost management skills.
• Gain experience in cost planning, procurement, tendering, contract administration, valuations, change control and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with clients, designers and contractors to understand project challenges.
