Ridge & Partners Llp invites applications for the Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme in Cost Management, based at our Birmingham office. This two-year scheme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals as a Graduate Cost Manager, with on‑the‑job learning across live projects.

You’ll gain practical experience in cost planning, procurement, tendering, contract administration, valuations, change control and financial reporting while working with clients,

Qualifications

• 2:1 Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying (2026/2027) or a relevant Master’s degree.
• Available to start full-time from September 2027.
• UK Right to Work; no visa sponsorship required.
• Curious and eager to learn.
• Passionate about the Built Environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost planning, procurement, tendering and contract administration skills.
• Engage in valuations, change control and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with clients, designers and contractors on live projects.
• Learn from experienced professionals to gain a rounded understanding of project delivery.
