Ridge & Partners Llp in Leeds is launching its Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme for recent graduates in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management. This two-year programme focuses on cost planning, procurement, tendering, and financial reporting across live projects.

Our two-year Evolve graduate programme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals. As a Graduate Cost Manager at Ridge you will benefit from on-the-job learning experiences while working on live projects across a range of sectors. You’ll build practical experience in cost planning, procurement, tendering, contract administration, valuations, change control and financial reporting. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll collaborate with clients, designers and contractors, gaining a rounded understanding of how successful projects are developed and delivered.

What do I need to succeed?

• I have or am predicted a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management obatined in 2026 or 2027
• I am available to start work full-time from September 2027
• I have a permanent Right to Work in the UK and do not need visa sponsorship
