Job summary

Ridge & Partners LLP is recruiting for a Graduate Cost Manager to join the Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme in our London office. This two-year programme focuses on cost management, procurement, tendering, contract administration, valuations, and financial reporting as you work on live projects in a supportive, collaborative environment.

You will be mentored by experienced professionals, with development opportunities including CPD, mentorship, and potential chartership support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying with 2:1 if obtained in 2026/2027
• Bachelor’s degree in another subject with a relevant Master’s degree would also be acceptable
• Available to start work in September 2027
• Permanent Right to Work in the UK with no visa sponsorship required

Responsibilities

• Two-year Evolve graduate programme developing and supporting the next generation of Built Environment professionals.
• As a Graduate Cost Manager at Ridge you will work on live projects across sectors, gaining experience in cost planning, procurement, tendering, contract administration, valuations, change control and financial reporting.
