Ridge & Partners Llp in Leeds invites graduates to join our Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme as Graduate Project Manager. You will learn on real projects and build core delivery skills from day one.

Over two years you’ll develop in planning, governance, risk, reporting and stakeholder coordination, supported by mentors and a structured development plan to accelerate your career in the Built Environment.

Qualifications

• 2:1 bachelor’s degree in relevant field obtained in 2026/2027 or a related Master’s degree.
• Available to start full-time from September 2027.
• Permanent Right to Work in the UK (no visa sponsorship needed).
• Curious and eager to learn.
• Passionate about the Built Environment and its future impact.

Responsibilities

• Join Ridge’s two-year Evolve graduate programme and gain on-the-job experience.
• Work on projects across sectors, assisting with planning, governance and reporting.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, consultants and contractors from brief to completion.
• Develop practical skills in project planning, risk management and stakeholder coordination.
