Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Graduate Construction Project Manager to begin in Birmingham. The role offers a hybrid work model, exposure to education, health care, housing and transport projects, and a path toward chartership.

Successful graduates will support the Project Management team across lifecycle stages from concept to delivery. You'll participate in training programs including ADVANCE, Chartership support and CPD activities, while developing professional skills and contributing to client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is essential.
• Master’s degree would be an advantage.
• RICS accreditation preferred.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Proactive, driven and deadline-focused.
• Able to work in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Assist other members of the Project Management team to drive projects forward.
• Work across stages from concept to construction and operation.
• Coordinate project team and plan key tasks.
• Support reporting on progress and cost.
• Attend site visits and meetings.

Education
