Job summary

AECOM is hiring a Graduate Project Manager for the UK & Ireland. You will support diverse projects from concept to construction, coordinating the project team and liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors. This is a hybrid role with opportunities for Chartership development and professional growth.

You will work across education, healthcare, sports facilities, residential and transport sectors, delivering value at every stage of the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (min 2:1) in Project Management, Construction Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering is essential.
• A Master’s degree in project management or construction management would be an advantage.
• RICS accreditation is preferred.
• Effective decision making and strong verbal and written communication.
• Proactive and driven approach to work and creating success.
• Ability to work in a team of diverse individuals to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Management team to drive projects forward across sectors.
• Support the client interface and ensure built assets meet business needs.
• Communicate with design teams, consultants and contractors.
• Day-to-day tasks: liaison, procurement, data management and reporting.
• Coordinate the project team and monitor progress and cost.
• Attend site visits and meetings as required.
