Job summary

AECOM is seeking graduates for a London-based Graduate Construction Project Manager role. You will assist in driving projects from concept to delivery across education, healthcare, sports facilities, residential and transport sectors for public and private clients.

You'll work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate actions, manage communications, and help ensure deadlines are met while delivering value to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering is essential.
• A Master’s degree in project management or construction Management would be an advantage.
• RICS accreditation preferred.
• Effective decision making and strong verbal and written communication.
• Proactive and driven approach to work and creating success.
• Ability to work in a team of diverse individuals to meet common objectives.
• Buy-in to achieving deadlines set by Clients and Managers.
• Good organisation skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and willingness to ask for help when needed, as well.

Responsibilities

• Work on a number of exciting projects across education, health care, sports facilities, residential and transport sectors.
• Assist other members of the Project Management team to drive projects forward and ensure client assets meet business needs.
• Act as key interface between client, design team, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Help ensure actions are carried out by the appropriate parties at the right times to meet deadlines and add value.
