Job summary

Kier Group in the Northampton area is seeking a Graduate Construction Manager to join the team. The role supports planning, coordination and supervision of construction projects, with a view to delivering on time and to high quality standards.

Starting salary £31,000 per annum plus car allowance on some contracts. Permanent, full-time two-year programme leading to an assistant level role with salary potential of circa £38k. Starting date September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the overall management and coordination of construction projects from start to finish.
• Supporting the Site Manager in day-to-day site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Monitoring project progress, including schedules, costs, and quality control measures.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution.
• Maintaining accurate site records, including progress reports, safety logs, and material deliveries.
