Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Graduate Construction Manager for the Basingstoke region. This permanent, full-time 2-year programme starts in September 2027, with a starting salary of £31,000 plus car allowance on some contracts and potential salary up to around £38k on completion.

You will support planning, coordination and supervision of projects to deliver excellence. The role requires a construction management or related degree, and a full driving licence.

• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong collaboration and reliability within a team.
• Holds a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall management and coordination of construction projects from start to finish.
• Support the Site Manager in day-to-day site operations and health and safety compliance.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, costs and quality controls.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders for effective execution.
• Maintain accurate site records including progress reports and material deliveries.
