Job summary

Alexander Dennis Limited is seeking a Commercial Operations Coordinator for a graduate opportunity in Farnborough. The role sits in the Aftermarket team and offers broad exposure to the commercial side of our Parts and Service business, working with Sales, Customer Services, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.

You will support reporting, pricing, quotations, tenders and contracts, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to growth in our aftermarket business.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant experience in business, commerce, economics, finance, data, marketing or related discipline.
• Experience using reporting or business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Qlik.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Support reporting, pricing, quotations, tenders, contracts and commercial analysis.
• Assist with business improvement activities across Sales, Customer Services, Finance, Marketing and Operations.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop commercial insights.
