McLaren Automotive invites high-potential graduates to join the Commercial team at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, Surrey. Over two years, you will rotate through Sales, Marketing and Aftersales, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to global commercial operations.

Qualifications

• Must have 2:1 degree or above in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering with Commercial focus, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tools (Power BI) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work across Sales, Marketing and Aftersales through four 6‑month placements to build commercial awareness.
• Turn data and insights into reports and support regional and global commercial operations.
• Assist in product, pricing strategy, campaign activities and aftersales initiatives across the network.
