Qualifications

• 2:1 degree or above from a recognised university
• Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience (part-time, placement, internship, retail, hospitality, or office-based roles)
• Confident communicator with a positive, professional attitude
• Motivated, curious, and eager to learn; comfortable working towards goals and targets
• Interest in building a long-term career in client relationships or account management
