Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Infrastructure team on the Severn Trent project in Worksop. The role offers a 2-year programme leading to an assistant level role, with practical experience across on-site and design work.

The starting date is September 2027, and the position is permanent and full-time with additional benefits. Starting salary is £31,000 per year, with a potential car allowance of £4,750 for eligible candidates, and a future salary potential of CIRCA

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation and management of project designs, plans, and specifications
• Supporting the development and monitoring of project schedules and budgets.
• Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Collaborating with project managers and engineers to solve technical issues and ensure project success
• Preparing technical reports, documentation, and providing project updates
