Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our client in Wigan, focusing on infrastructure and drainage projects from concept to detailed design. This entry-level role offers exposure to diverse schemes and hands-on project experience.

You will work with seasoned engineers, build your technical and professional skills, and benefit from structured development opportunities with a view toward Chartered Engineer (CEng) status in a supportive consultancy environment.

Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng or MEng preferred).
• Exposure to infrastructure, highways or drainage design through studies, placements or experience.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Motivated, enthusiastic and keen to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Assist design and development of infrastructure and drainage schemes.
• Support preparation of drawings, reports and calculations.
• Work with experienced engineers on a range of projects.
• Develop understanding of design standards, regulations and industry best practice.
• Take an active role in project delivery while building technical and professional capabilities.
