Penguin Recruitment Ltd is representing a growing civil engineering consultancy based in Wigan. They are seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to contribute to infrastructure and drainage projects from concept through to detailed design.

The role offers exposure to a varied project portfolio, training and professional development opportunities, and a clear path toward Chartered Engineer status as the business grows.

Formación

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (BEng or MEng preferred).
• Exposure to infrastructure, highways or drainage design through studies or placements.
• Interest in developing a career within civil engineering consultancy.

Graduate Civil Engineer - Infrastructure & Drainage

Location: Wigan

Salary: Up to £32,000 (DOE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join a growing civil engineering consultancy based in Wigan, working on a varied portfolio of infrastructure and drainage projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Graduate Civil Engineer looking to develop their technical skills, gain hands‑on project experience and build a long‑term career within a supportive consultancy environment.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects, contributing to the design and delivery of infrastructure and drainage solutions from initial concept through to detailed design and delivery.

The Role:

• Assist with the design and development of infrastructure and drainage schemes.

About You:
