Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. invites applications for a Graduate Civil Engineer in High Wycombe as part of our Water Power & Dams team within Energy & Resources.

You will participate in the design and development of cutting-edge dams and hydropower solutions, collaborating with project managers and design engineers to deliver practical engineering layouts. You will contribute to hydraulic structures design, 3D modeling, and technical report production, while pursuing professional

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering (or closely related discipline)
• Active interest in the energy transition and power sectors
• Strong written and verbal communication across multi-disciplinary teams
• Willingness to take ownership of engineering tasks

Responsibilities

• Support civil design and assessment of hydraulic structures (channels, culverts, spillways, stilling basins)
• Assist with engineering tasks across the asset lifecycle (concept design, remediation, detailed design for D&B contractors)
• Collaborate with structural, geotechnical and M&E disciplines for integrated solutions
• Work in a full 3D design environment to review models and manage data
• Contribute to production of technical specifications, designs and reports
