RSE invites graduates to join its 24‑month Graduate Programme Intake 2027, aimed at developing future civil engineers through hands-on experience, mentorship and targeted development. The programme tracks progress via a dedicated tracker and leads toward a permanent, long‑term role.

Applications close on Friday 13 November 2026. Opportunities span design and delivery, with a focus on professional registration support and salary progression.

Formación

• Graduated with a Civil Engineering Degree or engineering equivalent in the last 2 years or be on track to graduate next summer.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willing/adaptable to working within an energetic and reactive team environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
