RSE is launching its 24-month Graduate Programme to develop future engineers who will shape the water sector. As a Graduate, you will work on developing innovative solutions with hands-on experience and expert mentorship while tracking your progress in the Programme Tracker.

Applications for the intake 2027 are closing on Friday 13th November 2026. The role offers personal mentor support, chartership guidance, salary reviews and a permanent position upon completion, with strong development

Qualifications

• Graduated with a Civil Engineering Degree or engineering equivalent in the last 2 years or on track to graduate next summer.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willing/adaptable to working within an energetic and reactive team environment and have the ability to think outside of the box.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
