RSE is recruiting for a Graduate CAD Engineer as part of its 24‑month Graduate Programme. You will work across design areas, supported by a personal mentor and tailored development modules. The programme aims to build skills, confidence and ownership of projects in the water sector.

You will contribute to innovative solutions, with opportunities for progression and a permanent role upon successful completion. Applications close 13 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Graduate CAD Engineer position in the last 2 years or on track to graduate next summer.
• Excellent IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and strong communication abilities.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative MEICA environment with a proactive mindset.
