RSE Water is offering a 24-month Graduate Programme to develop future leaders in the water sector. Graduates will gain hands-on experience, receive expert mentorship and tailored development, and track progress with our Programme Tracker.

Applications close Friday 13th November 2026. We seek a Graduate Chemical Engineer, with a recent degree or nearing completion, strong IT and communication skills, and a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a Chemical Engineering Degree or equivalent in the last 2 years or on track to graduate next summer.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willing/adaptable to working within an energetic and reactive team environment.
