HCRG Care Group is recruiting two Graduate Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner Trainees in Harlow to support children, young people and families. You will train through Anna Freud while working in Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Services, focusing on low-intensity support and guided self-help.

The programme, developed by NHS England as CYP Psychological Trainings, runs for 12 months and includes university-based days.

Qualifications

• UK Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject (e.g. psychology, education, childhood development, social work)
• Overseas qualification of an equivalent standard in a relevant subject
• Degree with further training or experience in a relevant field (e.g. teaching, TA, learning support, HCA, youth work, counselling)

Responsabilités

• Graduate level practitioners will provide guided self‑help therapy and parenting interventions
• Post is fully funded for one year
• You will learn evidence-based and collaborative practice, goal-focused, client-centred interventions and how to use outcome measures
