HCRG Care Group is recruiting two graduate level Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner trainees in Basildon, Essex. The roles are fixed-term for 12 months, fully funded, starting January 2027, with 37.5 hours per week at a salary of £28,500.

You will train through Anna Freud while delivering early intervention and guided self-help in community and primary care settings. The posts require a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work, and you’ll undertake a structured curriculum across 12

Qualifications

• Graduate level practitioner training pathway
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject required
• IT proficiency including Microsoft Office applications

Responsabilités

• Provide guided self-help therapy and parenting interventions
• Participate in 1-year funded training programme
• Collaborate with health, education and social care partners
• Engage families and young people to improve mental health outcomes
• Attend university-based training days and service delivery days
