Your Role:

As a Chartered Accountant Trainee, you will:

  • Pursue the ACA qualification: Undertake the ICAEW ACA qualification, with support from your employer, including study leave, exam fees, and a structured training programme.
  • Develop Essential skills: Build your expertise in financial reporting, business strategy, data analysis, and communication, laying the foundation for a successful career as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant.

To start the ACA after graduation, trainees will need to have two A-level passes (grades A*-E) or equivalent. They'll also need three GCSE passes (grades 9-4/A-C) or equivalent.
