Job summary

MBDA is offering a 2-year graduate programme in Calibration & Maintenance (C&M) based in Stevenage. The scheme includes hands-on shop floor and lab work, drafting technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and QA teams.

You’ll gain experience diagnosing faults, calibrating equipment, and implementing process improvements. The programme features on-site work 5 days a week, an annual salary review, and a company bonus up to £2,500.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified (2:2 or higher) in an engineering field listed above.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and fault finding on Test & Process Equipment.
• Authoring instructions and specifications for equipment.
• Drafting and publishing drawing packs and technical documents.
• Analysing fault related data to support quality and performance.
• Introducing new equipment into manufacturing and calibration processes.
• Calibrating Test & Measurement equipment and performing process improvements.
