Job summary

MBDA is offering a Calibration & Maintenance Engineer graduate programme starting September 2027 in Stevenage. The role involves hands-on work on shop floor and lab equipment, plus engineering documentation tasks.

A 2-year rotation plan exposes you to various calibration and maintenance activities, supporting product manufacture and testing. Successful candidates will be degree-qualified in relevant engineering fields, and they will undergo BPSS checks as part of the security clearance process.

Qualifications

• Degree required (minimum 2:2) in a relevant engineering field.
• Strong technical foundation across engineering disciplines.
• Capability to work across multiple engineering domains.

Responsibilities

• Rotational graduate programme across Calibration & Maintenance.
• Diagnosing and fault finding on test equipment and processes.
• Drafting and publishing drawings, and compiling technical documentation.
