MBDA UK invites graduates to its Calibration & Maintenance Graduate Programme 2027 in Stevenage. The role combines hands-on shop floor and lab work with office documentation, with a rotational layout across equipment and testing areas.
A 2-year programme includes on-site duties, training, and opportunities for progression. Salary starts at £31,900 with a £3,000 joining bonus, plus benefits and a structured annual salary review.

Dynamic Working: 5 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply.
As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

Calibration & Maintenance Department (C&M) is part of our operations directorate, covering different aspects of support for all equipment used for both product manufacture and test.
Daily activities for a C&M Engineer vary from working hands on with the equipment on the shop floor and in the lab, to working in the office on technical documentation and drawings.

This programme is rotational and, in each placement, you will be working amongst a team of engineers who have varied experiences and expertise, working together to support a set of equipment. These placements may cover:
C&M Engineers also work closely with several other functions such as Product Design, Test Equipment Design, Test Engineering and Quality Assurance so you’ll get to collaborate beyond your immediate team.
