Ernest Gordon Recruitment is partnering with a reputable engineering company in Loughborough to recruit a Graduate CAD Technician (SolidWorks). Your mechanical background and SolidWorks knowledge will be used to produce 2D and 3D designs for handling equipment.

This entry-level role offers a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 plus company benefits, with Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00 and extensive in-house training.

Are you a Graduate CAD Technician or similar coming from a mechanical background with a knowledge of SolidWorks, looking to kickstart your career in design by joining a highly reputable company offering extensive in-house training and development?

In this role, you will be responsible for producing both 2D and 3D designs for handling equipment. You will also have the opportunity to shadow the Managing Director and upskill yourself in all aspects of Engineering.

Founded over 50 years ago, this close-knit company have big plans for the future ahead and are keen to continue making a name for themselves in the equipment manufacturing industry.

This role would suit a Graduate CAD Technician or similar coming from a mechanical background with a knowledge of SolidWorks, looking to kickstart your career in design.

The Role:

• Produce 2D & 3D Designs
