Ross-shire Engineering Limited invites applications for its RSE Graduate Programme as a CAD Engineer. The 24-month programme blends hands-on design experience with expert mentorship to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to thrive in the water sector.

Successful graduates will benefit from salary reviews, career-focused modules and chartership support through bodies such as the IET, InstMC, IMechE, IChemE or ICE, with a view to securing a permanent position.

Qualifications

• You will have graduated with a CAD degree or engineering equivalent in the last 2 years or be on track to graduate next summer.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willing/adaptable to working within an energetic and reactive team environment and have the ability to think outside of the box
• Full UK Driving Licence.
