Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of Content Guru products and services.
• Support sales efforts by building and maintaining a robust pipeline.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and demonstrate value of CX solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to identify and pursue opportunities.
• Assist in forecasting, forecasting, and opportunity progression within CRM.
