Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or significant equivalent work experience.
• Retail or other customer-facing experience.
• Experience of working in a team to deliver a project or task.
• Demonstrable interest and experience in selling a product or concept.
• Experience of using a CRM or similar tool.
• IT/telecoms experience.
• Interpersonal skills including influencing and negotiating.
• Well-presented and able to communicate confidently with customers.
• Numerate.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop product and sales knowledge; stay aware of industry developments.
• Illustrate business advantages of products and services to customers and sales colleagues.
• Contribute to brand/marketing activities and mentor others in closing opportunities.
• Achieve revenue and margin targets; maintain account development plans.
• Build and maintain a pipeline; provide accurate forecasting.
