The Role

We’re looking for ambitious and motivated graduates ready to kick-start their careers as Business Development Associates. In this client-facing role, you’ll represent well-known brands, drive new customer acquisition, and play a key part in campaign delivery and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns
• Conduct customer outreach, pitches, and negotiations
• Research and analyse market trends and sales data
• Contribute to lead generation efforts and brand awareness
• Collaborate with the team to ensure campaign success
• Mentor and guide new team members as you progress
