Qualifications

• 2:1 degree or higher in a RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree
• Right to work in the UK and ability to maintain this throughout employment
• GCSE Maths and English Language at a minimum C/4
• 3 A-levels or equivalent
• September 2027 start and November 2029 qualification target (RICS Autumn Sitting)

Responsibilities
