Job summary

Knight Frank invites applications for a Building Surveying Graduate Programme starting September 2027. You will gain exposure to project management, contract administration, dilapidations and due diligence on commercial property, with client liaison and career development supported throughout.

You will train with Chartered Surveyors across office, industrial, retail, healthcare, and PRS sectors, building a broad professional network and industry insight.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree or higher in a RICS accredited Building Surveying degree.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.
• Three A-levels or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in business generation and grow fee income across the department.
• Support project management and contract administration on live projects.
• Prepare drawings and specifications; assist with Schedules of Condition.
• Engage in pre-acquisition surveys and technical due-diligence.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders clearly and professionally.
